•Reach victims of crime & their family members in need of therapeutic services.

•Refuel people ministering to victims of crime.
•Reduce violent and domestic crime. This transformation leads to clients becoming valuable members of society: securing jobs; giving back through volunteering; engaging at school through academics and extra-curricular activities; setting and achieving long-term goals.
