Dogwood Village of Orange County

Health and Rehabilitation and Assisted Living In 1970, Orange County constructed a nursing home to meet the needs of a growing senior population.

The facility continued to grow and currently offers Health and Rehabilitation and Assisted Living. The name was changed to reflect all the services that are offered. Dogwood Village of Orange County is proud of a “Tradition of Excellence.”

Owned by the County of Orange, operations of the non-profit facility are overseen by the Health Center Commission of Orange County, a body politic appointed by the Orange County Board of Supervisors. The facility does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability or age in admission, treatment or participation in its programs, services and activities or in employment.

🌸 Blooming with Excellence:
Nautica Rodriguez’s Journey 🌸
Dogwood Village is proud to celebrate the inspiring journey of Nautica Rodriguez, one of our newest Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Her dedication, compassion, and strong work ethic have brought her full circle within our community.

In December 2024, she joined Dogwood Village’s Dietary Department, forming meaningful connections with residents and deepening her commitment to their care. Now a full-time CNA since September, Nautica is excited to continue serving the Dogwood community.

Her favorite part of being a CNA is spending time with residents—helping them thrive and building personal, heartfelt relationships. As she says, “The people make it worthwhile.” 💙

We’re delighted to recognize Nautica’s hard work, dedication, and compassion as she begins this rewarding new chapter! 💐

Our residents had such a great time seeing everyone dressed up and passing out candy!
