Let’s be real: Nobody wants to schedule a colonoscopy. But the anxiety surrounding the procedure is usually much worse than the exam itself. We’re busting the three biggest myths that keep people from booking the appointment that could save their life.

❌ Myth: "I’m too young to worry about my colon."

We’re officially a few days into Sleep Awareness Week, and if you’re still feeling like a zombie after Sunday’s time change, your circadian rhythm might need a manual override. Losing that hour of sleep can throw off your internal clock for up to a week.

Here’s how to get back on track:
☀️ Direct Sunlight: Get outside for 10-15 minutes in the morning. It’s the fastest way to tell your brain that "Daytime" has officially shifted.
🕒 Reset Your "Anchor": Try to stick to a consistent wake-up time for the rest of the week, even if you went to bed late. Consistency is the secret for circadian alignment.
☕ The Caffeine Cutoff: Since your rhythm is sensitive right now, try to stop the caffeine by 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. to ensure your "sleep pressure" builds up naturally by tonight.
