Such a lovely afternoon. Thank you Brian Lottman for sharing your beautiful soul and sweet humanness. You are a real human in this unreal world. And, thank you to Chris for connecting us in these parallel realms we travel. Hopefully, we can allow these connections to make this world a better place, even just one day, one moment, one step, one word at a time.

Satsang is an immersion into higher states of consciousness through energy healing, mystical mantra, sweet harmonium music, and guided meditation. Additionally, Brian was recommended to us by one of Stacey's first yoga teachers, so we are looking forward to sharing our space!

In this heart-led workshop, we’ll explore chair yoga and other accessible practices designed to support you just as you are. With the help of props, breath, and compassionate movement, we’ll create space to move, rest, and reconnect, all at your own pace and in your own way.

This is a class where all are truly welcome. A space to feel strong, beautiful, and grounded in your body. A time to remember that yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way to be powerful and healing.

This all levels class consists of gentle flowing movements including sun salutations to work out the kinks during the first half of class to prepare for the supportive restorative postures during the second half of class. Designed for beginners as well as the advanced yoga practitioner who wants to compliment a more intense practice, this class will help you find your bliss through movement, stillness and inspiration!

Susan, RYT500, began her spiritual practice at Mountain Spirit Center in Tehachapi learning about meditation and the ancient teachings of Buddhism from Mu Ryang Sunim. Drawing inspiration from the discipline of the monks at the monastery, she went on to dedicate over ten years of her life to practicing Kung Fu San Soo with Master Phil Mesel. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish at UC Berkeley, Susan became a founding member of Neunaber Audio where she worked as the principal operations lead for nearly nine years. In an attempt to manage the stress of daily life, she turned to Yoga. Susan is dedicated to helping students heal and connect with their bodies through mindful movement.
