For Jaime, being out in the community is one of the most rewarding parts of the job. Seeing how much people value these interactions reinforces why showing up beyond emergencies matters.

Through every conversation and connection, he helps strengthen trust and reminds us that care goes beyond the call it lives in the community every day. 💙

04/01/2026

For Jaime, helping people starts the moment a 911 call comes in. As a Field Training Officer in Orange County, he finds purpose not only in responding to emergencies, but in building connections beyond them.

Through community events, Jaime and the team open the door for people to learn, ask questions, and truly understand what we do. Those moments create trust, strengthen relationships, and help us better serve a diverse community.

Because great care starts with connection and showing up, every time.
