When I first started My Mountain Mover, I remember praying that if I was going to build something, it couldn’t be for profit alone. I wanted it to be something we could hold with an open hand. Something that could also give back.

This was exactly what I prayed for.

Through our Greater Heights Foundation, we got to spend time with the kids at Jollibee, share a meal, and just be present. And because of the people who keep showing up, we’ve now been able to give back over $50,000 in a short amount of time, which still means so much.

And then the night continued…bowling alley, karaoke, and yes, I may or may not have taken the bowling a little too seriously 😅

Serving together. Celebrating together. Building something that goes beyond the day-to-day work.

It’s an honor to be named one of Modern Healthcare's 40 Under 40 for 2026! 🤩

I’m incredibly grateful for the recognition, but even more thankful for the people behind My Mountain Mover who made this possible, the VAs who show up every day, the support team that keeps everything moving, and the clients who place their trust in us.

I’m taking a moment to soak it in and celebrate with the team, but make no mistake:

We’re still building, still learning, and still focused on showing up for healthcare the right way. 🩵

Developing leaders and celebrating the journey ✨

One of my favorite nights from my recent trip to the Philippines was dinner with the My Mountain Mover team leaders 🩵🧡 Good food, lots of laughs, and thoughtful conversations about growth, challenges, and the people we’re building.

We don’t get nights like this very often, which made it especially meaningful. A reminder that strong leadership is shaped through trust, reflection, and real relationships. This is how leaders grow, and how teams get stronger.

Grateful for these people, the growth I continue to see in them, and the impact they’re making as they step into the next version of themselves.

My heart is full 🙏 ❤️ This weekend My Mountain Mover, through our charity, Greater Heights Foundation, partnered with JCI Las Piñas Water Lily and JCI CEBU (Cebu Jaycees) to host two incredible events- one in Manila at Jollibee where we had a party for a group of underprivileged children and second in Cebu at Paknaan Elementary School where we did a hands on entrepreneurship activity teaching them how to be smart business men and women!

We had over 80 MMM VAs volunteer across the two events which was absolutely incredible 😍🥹🙌🏻 Thank you to everyone who made this all possible- I normally don’t get to be at these events in person and see first hand the impact our charity is having so this was beyond special for me to experience.

Our goal is to have 15,000 lives be impacted through GHF in the next 3 years!! I can’t wait to see what our team does next 💙🧡

They’re often shaped by concerns around security, quality, or scale, before anyone looks at how these models actually operate in practice today.

When you step back and examine the systems behind effective virtual support, the questions tend to change from “Will this work?” to “Why didn’t we consider this sooner?”

It’s not every day you get the opportunity to lead a company in your 20s. Scary, admittedly, but the impact we get to make through our work is bigger than any fear I had at the start.

What a year 2025 has been for us at My Mountain Mover 🩵🧡

From gathering our leaders at the Directors’ Retreat in South Korea to receiving three honors at the Stevie Awards, we’re reminded that this mission is built by REAL people showing up for one another, every day.

We are grateful for the growth, the milestones, and the recognition, but even more for the lives we have helped enrich along the way.

As we close out 2025, we are proud of how far we have come and excited for what is ahead. Here is to carrying this momentum into 2026 and conquering even more mountains together!
