Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the more interesting forms of arthritis I treat with acupuncture. What makes it interesting is I don’t treat the painful joints directly at all.

I almost always treat away from the painful joint and use acupuncture to promote circulation and clear the redness around the joint.

My most recent patient had an entire week without any pain which was obvious by the giant smile.
