Probiotics Chronic Kidney Disease patients
Clinical Trial To Evaluate Safety And Efficacy Of new probiotics which is in developmental phase for Subjects With Chronic Kidney Disease Stage IV. This new probiotic is not yet approved by FDA and hence not available in the market at this point of time.
See if you qualify: -
• If you age 18–80 years.
• Have chronic kidney disease stage IV (eGFR = 15 - 29 mL/min) with declining kidney function for a period > 6 months.
• Your blood Serum Creatinine > 2.0 mg/mL.
• You are not on probiotic supplements in the past 3 months.
• You are not on Immunosuppressant medications therapy specific to immune mediated renal diseases.

Above list includes few basic criteria’s and it is not a complete list of inclusion/ exclusion criteria.

Hyperkalaemia in Chronic Kidney Disease patients

This investigational product is not yet approved by FDA and hence not available in the market at this point of time.
A Phase 3, International, Randomised, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Effect of Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate on Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Progression in Participants with CKD and Hyperkalaemia or at Risk of Hyperkalaemia.

See if you qualify: -
• If you age >18 years
• Capable of giving signed informed consent
• Must have eGFR ≥ 25 and ≤ 59 mL/min/1.73m2 as
• Must have UACR ≥ 200 and ≤ 5000 mg/g
• Hyperkalaemia (S-K > 5.0 to ≤ 6.5 mmol/L)
• RAASi therapy due to hyperkalaemia.
• (b) Cohort B: Normokalaemia (S-K ≥ 3.5 to ≤ 5.0 mmol/L)
