Brain and Behavior Laboratory

Brain and Behavior Laboratory Our laboratory group studies brain function underlying human behavior, highlighting speech and language, using clinical and physiological approaches.

The Brain and Behavior Laboratory is dedicated to studying the relationships between human behavior and changes in the brain through measuring physiological parameters and examining the behavioral consequences of brain injury. Our interests are currently focused on speech and language. We apply a range of approaches, such as clinical ratings and listening studies, and quantitative measures, including acoustic analysis, in conjunction with functional brain imaging techniques. Our purpose is to increase knowledge of brain function and contribute to better understanding of neurological disease.
