As we enter the cold and flu season, we want to kindly remind everyone that we do not test for or treat acute illnesses such as COVID-19, Influenza, or other viral infections in our clinic.

Our priority is protecting our vulnerable patient population, and we appreciate your understanding.
Our focus is the management and care of our patients with chronic pulmonary conditions.

✅ If you are experiencing acute respiratory symptoms and need care for asthma or COPD exacerbations, you will need to ensure you have a negative viral swab completed at Grove Park(by appt only) or a local urgent care before your visit.

As we approach the busy holiday season, it's hard to believe that 2024 is already coming to a close and we're on the cusp of entering 2025. It has truly been our pleasure to care for all of our patients throughout the year.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any refills coming up, please submit your requests soon, as we will be operating with limited hours during the holidays. Additionally, if your deductible has been met and you require any Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplies, we encourage you to submit your requests at your earliest convenience.
