We're Hiring at our Columbia office location. We are looking for someone to handle a sales/office manager position. The job will include selling and designing memorials/monuments along with handling the paperwork involved in placing the order.

This will be a pay plus commission position.

This is a single person office so you must be able to work by yourself and be self motivated.

Some management of local marketing and social media for that office area will be required.

Basic computer skills, customer service, self management, sales experience will be useful.

Hours are 9-4:30 M-Th and 9-4 on Fridays.

Designing and crafting a monument is a big step after losing a loved one. It's one of many ways we do our best to hold on to memories and make sure those who follow us know who went before. And while a headstone is an important physical example of remembrance, what greater way of showing our love and respect is there than "making everyone feel welcome like grandma did" or "always having a comforting word to share like Aunt Susan"?

The presence of doves on a headstone represents peace and purity. A symbol of hope as Noah released the dove off the Ark, an ascending dove guides the spirit safely to heaven, while a descending dove represents Jesus’ descent from heaven. The religious connotations of doves are often taken further, including a cross or twig in the dove’s beak. This symbol of the Holy Spirit in the Christian faith often makes its way onto the headstones of people who practiced religion during their lifetime.

Flowers are often given as gifts, their meanings universally understood. While red roses mean romance, white lilies are often associated with death as they are a common funeral flower.
