Our team came together to support an organization that provides hope, shelter, and resources to those in need within our community. Acts of service like this remind us of the importance of giving back and standing alongside our neighbors.

🌟 National Nurse Practitioner Week Spotlight: Fantasia, NP 🌟🩺

This week, we proudly honor Fantasia, our dedicated in-house Nurse Practitioner.

With 10 years of nursing experience and 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Fantasia brings expertise, compassion, and consistency to the residents she serves each day. Originally from Salley, SC, she completed her undergraduate studies at Augusta University and her graduate degree at Anderson University.

Fantasia shared that she loves the “family feel that EPA gives — from the staff to the patients, everyone is always so welcoming, supportive and caring!”

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, painting, and reading.

Today we’re celebrating Shameka— a dedicated member of the Edisto Post Acute family for almost 11 years! 💙

She began her journey with us as a CNA, then served as an Activity Assistant, and now leads as our wonderful Director of Activities. Her passion for our residents shines through everything she does — she truly finds joy and purpose in the smiles and moments she shares with them each day.

Born and raised right here in Orangeburg, SC, and a proud OW alumni, she embodies community, compassion, and commitment. She reminds us all to appreciate the little things in life.

Today marks the 4th day of Nursing Home Week, and we are thrilled to bring the vibrant and lively spirit of the Caribbean to our community! Residents and came together to enjoy a day filled with tropical fun, colorful decorations, and the infectious rhythms of Caribbean music.

A special thank you to our dedicated Grove Park hospice team for providing delicious deserts, adding an extra layer of joy to the festivities.
Seeing everyone’s smiles and hearing their laughter reminds us why we cherish these moments. Thank you to everyone who helped make Caribbean Day unforgettable. Let’s continue to celebrate the incredible spirit of our community throughout the rest of Nursing Home Week! 🌺🏝️

🌟 Wrangling Up Memories from Western Day! 🌟

Yeehaw! 🤠 What an amazing day we had as we lassoed in the spirit of the Wild West for Western Day during Nursing Home Week! From cowboy hats to boots, our residents and staff rocked their Western gear with style and flair! 🐴

The day wouldn't be complete without a hearty round of applause for the delicious Western-themed feast served up by Crescent Hospice 🍔🥤 Every bite was a taste of the Old West, and the smiles on everyone's faces said it all!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special occasion, making it a day filled with laughter, camaraderie, and cherished memories. Let's keep the Western spirit alive in our hearts until we meet again! 🌵🌟 🤠🌼
