Happy Easter from the Belhaven Bunch! We hosted our annual Easter gathering with brunch and an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos!! About 200 eggs all over the property and the kids loved it! What a wonderful day with our residents and their families.

These dreamy 2 acres are basking in their Spring glory right now! The cherry blossom trees, and our little fruit orchard are in full bloom with flowers. The grass is green, and the horses are enjoying the sunshine. Magpies and squirrels are everywhere! Our residents are really enjoying their daily walks ❤️

The signature Belhaven Birthday!
We LOVE honoring each person on their special day with their favorite meal and dessert and a fun party.
Today we are loving on Diana and man-o-man is she a special woman. This is her second Belhaven party and we look forward to many many more.

We had a spectacular day at the Belhaven Love Brunch! Celebrated Valentine’s Day and Gaynor’s birthday! The Bel team did a fabulous job. We love our caregivers and residents!

The second week of “Wellness Thursdays” was fabulous! Staff hosted chair workouts and a memory game while Monica and Dan prepared a meal with components from the “MIND Diet”. The MIND diet is an adaptation of the Mediterranean diet with some brain health components like olive oil, whole grains, leafy greens, healthy fats, and fish. This meal is mahi-mahi, kale-quinoa-sweet potato salad ( organic) with a miso glaze.

The annual Belhaven New Year’s Eve lobster dinner was a hit! Topped it off with Keylime pie, French silk pie, and lots of excitement for 2024!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Our second annual Girl Scout holiday visit was so much fun. The girls sang holiday songs, brought gifts and treasures and homemade goodies.

Prost!

First mini Belhaven Oktoberfest today. Little sausages, pretzels, music, and they really loved the Heineken nonalcoholic beer ( we called it unleaded 🤣). They went on to have schnitzel for dinner. Almost ready to say goodbye to October! Thanks to my little helper with her pretzel basket too.

Families, finger sandwiches, floral attire, floppy hats, scones with clotted cream, champagne, and, of course tea! fabulous day!!
