Kristen Murray, MS, OTR/L, HPCS, is the founder of Red Barn Occupational Therapy, PLLC and one of only six board-certified hippotherapy clinical specialists in New York state. She integrates equine movement into evidence-based occupational therapy to support meaningful functional outcomes for her patients.

A recognized leader in equine-assisted therapy, Kristen is dedicated to advancing high standards of care across the region. Coming up at this year's WNY Equifest, she will share insights into the therapeutic benefits of equine movement and its role in clinical practice.

At Red Barn Nature’s Way Foundation, we are moving beyond the classroom to help students build independence!

Our Life Skills & Career Exploration program offers a unique, hands-on environment where middle school, high school, and transition-age students can develop job-readiness skills.

Why learn with us?

Expert Led: All sessions are led by a professional, licensed Occupational Therapist.

Goal Alignment: We directly support IEP and transition planning goals.

Vocational Training: Students explore careers in agriculture and trades, including animal husbandry and horticulture.
