Zelasko is the co-founder of Prime Spine Associates in Elma, NY. His practice can serve the needs of the general practitioner, orthopedist, podiatrist, dentist, and physical therapist when patients do not respond to normal management strategies, conventional tests are negative (MRI, CT, EMG, NCV, blood work), and yet symptoms still remain. Dr. Zelasko was Team Chiropractor for the Buffalo Bills for 8 years, specializing in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of non-traumatic, repetitive, over-use conditions. His treatments are a unique blend of soft tissue care, traditional chiropractic therapy, and physical rehabilitation. Well respected, fast paced, friendly work environment located on Transit Road just off the 400. Approximately 25-30 hours per week. Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 6pm (No Fridays!!!) (No Holidays!)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Room patients
Cleaning/prepping treatment rooms
Detailed tracking/recording of patient notes and files
Office support (phones, filing, faxing, data entry, light cleaning)
Instruct patients on rehab exercises (training provided)
Perform biomechanical tests (training provided)
Miscellaneous tasks for the Clinic Director
