Our beginner yoga series is back again for a winter session! New to yoga & not sure where to start? This is the perfect class for you! Join us for our next Beginner Yoga Series led by Sashi in our brand new OP SATELLITE STUDIO! Focus on the foundations of yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment and technique. Poses will be broken down and anatomical positioning will be explained to allow anyone (from a beginner to a more experienced yogi) to deepen their practice. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be introduced. All levels welcome!

Mamas & Babes, join Sarah at the Barre to kick off the new year for Baby at the Barre! Wear your little one for this fun, low impact barre class. Moms will get to bond with their baby, release stress and anxiety, stretch and tone their entire body, gain confidence, and recharge their batteries during this 45 minute class set to the beat of the music! This is also a great way to meet other moms in the community.

Birth to non walkers: baby will be worn for majority of the class! Please bring a mat and water

Beginner Mat Pilates series is back this winter ✨

Interested in trying out Mat Pilates but not sure where to start? You’re in luck! Join .smith for a 5 week Beginner Mat Pilates series starting January 5th.

You will learn the fundamentals of classical Mat Pilates focusing on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Students will also enjoy numerous mental and emotional benefits including improved memory and cognitive function, reduced stress, and improvements in mood and overall well being!

Join Miss Sarah Friday, December 19th from 5:30pm-7:30pm for a special holiday themed kids yoga class! 🎅🎄

This pop-up class with be 2 hours and include a special themed craft! Kids will strengthen their bodies through different yoga poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities that use breathing exercise and relaxation/visualization techniques.

Drop your kiddos off at the studio and use this time for last minute holiday shopping and gatherings! 🎁

Last Reformer series of the year! Join for Intermediate Reformer on Mondays December 1st - December 22nd from 7PM - 7:45PM. Whether you just graduated from the Beginner Reformer Series or you’re looking to elevate your current practice, these classes will fine tune your form and offer a workout based on Intermediate exercises that are foundational in all Reformer Flow & Reformer Sculpt classes.

Cost: $35 per class or purchase a 5 reformer class card $150. ***use the fifth class on any future reformer class.
