In a short video, Dr. Rob explains the changes to APCM and why at your next visit, our team will be asking for your consent to bill your insurance company for services if you are a Medicare or Medicaid patient. We're getting into the holiday sprit! Please be advised, our holiday hours are as follows:

- 12/24/25 | Open until noon
- 12/25/25 | Closed
- 12/26/25 | Closed
- 12/31/35 | Open until noon
- 1/1/26 | Closed.

If patients ever have an urgent medical need to speak to a provider anytime our office is closed, they can call our office to leave a message with our 24/7 answering service. Our on-call provider will call back and speak with you about your urgent medical concerns.

If you feel you need immediate or urgent medical care, please consider a visit to any Western New York Immediate Care location, or another urgent care facility while our office is closed. For life-threatening emergencies, please go to your nearest hospital or call 911.

There's still time to donate! If you are able to, please consider donating a new toy or board game to our annual holiday drive. Donations can be dropped of in our waiting room in Suite 101 during regular business hours.

Brighten the holiday season for families in need by donating to our toy and board game drive! Every year, we partner with The Salvation Army of Buffalo, NY for an annual holiday drive to benefit WNY families. If you can, donate new and unwrapped toys and board games for all ages in our waiting room now- December 8th.
