“I have so much more energy, less fatigue and the brain fog is gone.”

Meet this week’s patient spotlight: Tami Kuehl

“Before I started the blueprint nutrition program, I had been working with a health coach to lose weight and improve my health, but was not making the progress I thought I should have with the effort I was putting in. After a year, and salad after salad, regular exercising, coaching, and making little progress, I starting thinking that maybe with my other health issues (menopause, inflammation, pain in my joints, a lot of stress, food and seasonal allergies, low energy, poor sleep, inability to lose weight) that maybe there was something I was missing.

I had seen the signs up at Ord Sports Chiropractic and Luke had mentioned the program in passing. But when I started seeing real people with real results spotlighted on their social media page, I began asking questions. I am so glad that I did, because I am finally starting to connect the dots with what and how I was eating and exercising with regards to my underlying health issues, and what needed to change.

I have only been on the program for 4 weeks, and have lost 10lbs and 15 inches overall. But the weight is really just a bonus to what the program is doing. I am detoxing, cleaning up, and healing from the inside out. I noticed after just three weeks on the program that I was sleeping better and have decreased inflammation and pain in my joints (OTC pain/sleep aids were a daily dosing, but I have not had any in over 2 weeks). Where I am detoxing and taking a break from what I was eating, food allergy symptoms are nearly gone. I have so much more energy, less fatigue, and the brain fog is gone. I am like a task master at work and home getting things done that had been sitting for a rainy day. I feel better both physically, and mentally. One month down and three to go to finish up with the protocol, but a lifetime of application and experience to move forward with. It feels so good to have energy back, and a desire to do things with and for myself and family.”

Here’s 4 tips to help you adjust and keep your wellness game strong:

1. Get Morning Sunlight

• Try this: Get outside within an hour of waking — even 10–15 minutes helps regulate melatonin and cortisol levels.

2. Limit Screen Time Before Bed
