This weeks stretch: 90/90 Hip Stretch
Why it helps: Improves internal and external hip rotation—key for balance and walking stability.
* Sit with one leg bent in front (90°), other behind (90°)
* Keep chest upright
* Lean forward over front leg for deeper stretch
* Switch sides
Balance tip: Try lifting your back knee slightly off the ground.
