Candles. Music. Maybe an hour of peace before jumping right back into chaos.
But real therapeutic bodywork goes deeper than that.
Tension isn’t random—it’s a message.
Your body stores everything it hasn’t had the chance to process: the stress you pushed through, the emotions you swallowed, the pain you minimized.
That’s why I don’t just treat muscles.
I listen to them.
Because when a body feels truly safe, the muscles let go on their own.
