Practicing patience and letting go of control of how we think things (should) unfold. Release and allow.
Everything used to feel like it needed to happen right now.
Decisions, progress, healing… like if it wasn’t happening quickly, I was somehow falling behind.
That sense of urgency can feel productive on the surface, but it quietly takes away your ability to be present.
Because when everything feels rushed, nothing feels intentional.
Letting go of that urgency does not mean you stop caring.
It means you start trusting.
Trusting that what is meant for you does not require constant pressure.
Trusting that growth does not always look fast.
Trusting that meaningful things take time to unfold.
And when you start to move from that place, life begins to feel different.
Less forced.
More grounded.
More aligned with what actually matters.
