Alberi Healing Arts

Alberi Healing Arts Therapeutic massage by a caring, down-to-earth and experienced LMT in a serene nature-filled environ

Jae has experience working in a chiropractic setting as well as a spa setting, and draws from these different atmospheres to create a style that is not only relaxing, but therapeutic as well. Using Neuromuscular Therapy techniques including Myofacial Release and TriggerPoint Therapy, as well as deep relaxation techniques such as CranioSacral Therapy, she has helped many patients recover from injury and return to an elevated state of wellness. Jae has a strong connection with nature and brings that natural, healing world into her practice through a caring presence. She also brings along the physical elements of Earth using hot basalt stones and by custom blending plant/flower essential oils for each session. When sheโ€™s not creating a healing session, Jae's other interests include understanding how people's heart's and mind's work; finding inspiration in nature, and then photographing it, writing about it, and/or painting it; things handwritten and homemade; planting crocus bulbs and digging up garlic bulbs; watching her chickens dig up all the bulbs; perfecting the โ€œcrowโ€ pose; and making her cats drool via the Swedish skin-rolling technique.

Oh my, it's gorgeous out. Happy Samhain. I still have to harvest the rest of that crazy garden!
