With the arrival of autumn are you looking to shed a few pounds, build strength, and experience a boost in well-being?

As we age, our metabolism slows, muscle mass diminishes, and body fat tends to increase. This shift can lead to reduced bone density and a higher risk of injuries and falls.

Beginning next Tuesday, October1st, a new 6-week online exercise class is starting.

During the class, we prioritize weight loss, strength development, and overall vitality through a focus on body strength, balance, and resistance training using weights.

I have a few spots open, and all you need to join is a yoga mat, a set of 3 & 5-pound dumbbells, a Zoom connection, and a positive mindset.

Leave the rest to me; together, we'll work towards your fitness goals and a healthier you.
