Holiday schedules can get busy fast, and it’s easy for stress to sneak in.

Building small routines for connection, rest, and realistic expectations can make this season feel much more manageable. Slow down when you can, enjoy the moments that matter, and take care of yourself along the way!

Winter weather comes with plenty of myths, and some can put kids at risk. ❄️

The holidays can be exciting and overwhelming for both kids and parents.

Taking small steps to protect your family’s emotional well-being can make the season feel calmer and happier. Focus on meaningful moments, keep expectations realistic, and reach out for support if things feel heavy.

Wishing you warmth, peace, and presence this holiday season 💙🎄

Winter coats and car seats don’t mix! ❄️🚘

Puffy layers can compress in a crash and create dangerous space under the harness, so it’s important to keep kids warm safely.

Here are a few tips to help keep your child warm, secure, and safe all winter long!

Winter play is great for kids, just make sure they stay warm and safe!

Dress in layers, take indoor breaks, and keep an eye out for signs of frostbite (numb or pale skin) and hypothermia (shivering and sluggishness). If symptoms worsen or don’t improve, call your pediatrician.

Stay cozy out there, friends! ⛄💙

Thanksgiving is almost here! 🍁

For families with picky eaters, the holiday table can feel like a minefield—but with a little planning, you can help make it stress‑free and fun.

- Make sure there’s at least one dish your child already loves so they’ll have something on their plate.
- Let your child help pick or prepare one part of the meal—they’ll feel proud and more likely to try it.
- Keep things relaxed and focus on togetherness. Even if they don’t touch every dish, the goal is a happy, healthy celebration.

RSV is a common cause of bronchiolitis, an infection that makes breathing difficult for infants and young children.

Watch for symptoms like wheezing, fast breathing, coughing, and congestion, and seek care right away if your child has trouble breathing or their lips turn blue.

You can help prevent RSV by washing hands often, covering coughs and sneezes, and keeping little ones away from crowded indoor spaces. 💙

Call or visit us for more information about whether your baby qualifies for the RSV vaccine (available for infants 8 months and under). 💉
