Item Hold & Claim Policy

To ensure fairness to all customers and keep inventory flowing smoothly, we have the following policy for items claimed but not yet purchased:

1. Hold Time

Once an item is claimed (in-store, online, or via message), it must be picked up within 1 week from time of claim, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

2. Extended Holds

Extended holds may be granted at our discretion, but must be confirmed with the store.

If no communication is received, the item will automatically return to the sales floor after the standard hold time.

3. No-Show or Delayed Pickup

If a customer does not arrive within the agreed timeframe:

The item will be unclaimed and made available for purchase to others.

Future holds may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Frequent No-Shows

Customers who repeatedly claim items without completing purchase upon pick up or do not pickup may lose hold privileges.

5. Payment Requirements

Items can be paid in full to secure them beyond the hold window.

Unpaid items cannot be guaranteed after the hold period.
