A heartfelt thank you to Mandy Anderson, our incredible HR Director, for the steady, compassionate leadership she provides every single day.
From the very first interview to a new team member’s first day and beyond, Mandy plays a key role in our hiring and onboarding process — helping welcome the right people to our mission and ensuring they feel supported from the start. She keeps staffing organized, guides our team through benefits, answers questions with patience, and challenges us to continually grow and improve.
Mandy cares deeply for our staff and walks alongside us in both the busy seasons and the difficult ones. In hospice and palliative care, supporting our team means supporting our patients and families — and Mandy makes that possible in countless ways behind the scenes.
