Arbors at Oregon – Resident Testimonial

After an extended stay with us, Sylvester has recently discharged back into the community, and we are so proud to have been part of his journey.

Sylvester originally transferred to Arbors at Oregon from another skilled nursing facility to receive onsite dialysis care. During his time with us, he shared how much he appreciated the support he received from our rehabilitation team, who helped him safely and confidently use his prosthetic.

He also expressed gratitude for our dialysis partners at Concerto, noting how encouraging and attentive they were throughout his stay. Most importantly, Sylvester said he felt truly supported by the entire Arbors team in his healthcare journey and in preparing for a safe return to the community.

We are deeply thankful for his kind words and honored to have cared for him. Sylvester extends his heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for their compassion, dedication, and support throughout his stay.

Please join us in congratulating Gina Belair, LPN, from Arbors at Oregon! 💙

Gina has been a nurse for 30 years and was inspired to pursue nursing because she wanted a career that was both exciting and challenging. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—including her children, 10 grandchildren, and her beloved black Labrador—and she also loves to sew.

Her favorite part of her role is using her experience and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently, and she takes great pride in working alongside her teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Gina was selected for this recognition because of her outstanding mentorship, positive attitude, and strong team support. She consistently makes new team members feel welcome, provides excellent care to residents, and is always willing to go the extra mile—whether that means helping aides, picking up extra shifts, or stepping in wherever needed. She is truly loved by residents and valued by staff.
