The Pharmacy Department at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital is pleased to announce that Emily Willman was nominated by several people and selected as the recipient of the system’s 2025 Pharmacist Rising Star Award - recognizing pharmacists with less than three years of experience in their current role.

Emily is known for going above and beyond to find solutions to complex clinical questions and for her strong collaboration across departments and facilities. She worked closely with pharmacists, dietitians, and ICU staff to develop safe and effective recommendations for IV medication management in patients on continuous TPN. Her commitment to teamwork, research, and patient safety exemplifies the very best of ProMedica Pharmacy.

Congratulations, Emily, on this well-deserved recognition!
