This will be a slower-paced practice, focused on alignment, strength, and balance, while releasing stress and tension from the joints and muscles! Expect 55 minutes of Asana (movement through postures) followed by a 20-minute guided meditation, incorporating body scans, visualizations, or yoga nidra for deep relaxation.
