Emotion Regulation class is starting in February. This class teaches all my favorite DBT skills. When you master these skills, you will be able to see the wisdom that each emotion brings. Anxiety, depression, and other emotions will no longer throw you for a loop or have you reacting instead of acting with intention. When you befriend every emotion, you can navigate life with more ease and freedom, because you know even the most uncomfortable emotions bring wisdom and potential for growth.
