We had an incredible weekend at the 2026 iaedp Foundation Global Symposium! 💙

Not only did we love connecting with colleagues, clinicians, and advocates in the eating disorder community, but we also had the opportunity to celebrate a special milestone: Center for Change turning 30 years strong! 🎉 For three decades, we’ve been honored to provide compassionate, evidence-based care and to walk alongside individuals and families on their recovery journeys.

We’re also proud to celebrate Julie Holland, who received a well-deserved iaedp Lifetime Achievement Award. Her dedication to the field and to advancing eating disorder treatment inspires us!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello, share stories, and celebrate with us. Here’s to continuing the work - together. 💙

Please join us in welcoming our new Inpatient Swing Lead Care Tech: Amber Knudsen! 🎉

Amber is exceptional at building rapport with patients, leading by example, and showing genuine kindness to everyone around her. Her calm leadership and compassionate presence make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.

She is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has a strong interest in understanding people, emotional well-being, and meaningful connection - passions that shine through in her work every day.

Amber is also a proud mom of four children and one stepchild, and family is at the heart of everything she does. Outside of work and school, she loves camping, hiking, hammocking, and horse riding. Caring for her two horses gives her balance and perspective.

We are so excited for the leadership and warmth she brings to our inpatient team at Center for Change. She is going to be an amazing addition in this role! 💙
