Yesterday our young men went to Trial Lake in the Uintas for the afternoon to fish. It was a great time in the freezing cold and wind, and it was honestly the best trout I have ever eaten!

Last Saturday, Celeste and I were grateful to attend the Governors Gala on behalf of the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Association. It was a great opportunity to shake some hands and promote the chiropractic profession, and meet some great people who are doing good things to promote health in our beautiful state. Thank you, Erin Axson, our lobbyist and executive Director, and Jeff Mettler, our association’s lead council, for always showing up and being there for the association. It was a fun night!
