I’ve always said, “When in doubt, get your Frankincense out.” I can say the same thing for Copaiba. It helps the body to be more resilient and it does that through several different body systems. For me, it’s a main stay and daily use essential oil. I love Copaiba.

When it comes to Lemon essential oil, there’s so much to love. Yet, one of my favorite ways to use it might be surprising. A lot of people don’t know this about me, but I’m a budding car buff. I have an old car that I tinker with and, as a result, I’m forever trying to remove grease. When the need arises, I put some Lemon on a rag and wipe everything clean. I use Lemon all the time to get grease off of my hands, to clean different parts I’m working with, and to clean things up. Its cleaning ability is one of my favorite things about Lemon.

I love Cypress essential oil because of how much it has to offer from both a topical and an aromatic perspective. Personally, I use Cypress on my joints. I also diffuse it, combining Cypress with citrus oils or Siberian Fir for a wonderful aroma. This oil is clarifying, uplifting, and invigorating, offering amazing properties through both usage models.
