Meet our newest teacher, Ryan ✨🧘🏻‍♂️

Originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Ryan moved to Utah in 2020 and has been practicing yoga since 2018. He found his yoga home at the Yoga Shala in 2021 and now feels grateful to guide others in the same space that helped him deepen his own practice.

Outside of yoga, Ryan co-owns Innsaei Child & Family Therapy in Orem, where he pours his heart into growing a supportive, healing-centered startup
✨
In his free time, you’ll find him hiking among the fall leaves, savoring Thai & Indian food (especially tofu tikka masala!), cold plunging , and spending time with friends and family.

We had a really nice season taking our free Sunday class outside! Thank you everyone for making this class so great & to for sharing his knowledge. We’re of course back inside our warm studio for this class. See you Sundays 9am 845 N. State in Orem.
