Showing up doesn’t mean forcing positivity.
Sometimes it means gently doing the thing that supports your growth — even when it feels uncomfortable.

✨ New Year Do’s & Don’ts ✨

✅ Do: set realistic goals, practice gratitude, rest & recharge, nurture relationships, celebrate small wins.
❌ Don’t: compare yourself, chase perfection, neglect your mental health, hold onto regrets, forget to enjoy the moment.
