We made it, now here we are with a new year.

Many will fill it with so many lists of things to accomplish this year that we lose sight of the person lost within it all.

What if the most important thing this year was to come back to YOU.

What is it you choose to do, what do you desire to do?

What aligns and expands your heart with joy?

Find more time for that this year.

Yes we as humans have many responsibilities and commitments in life.

But how would it feel if your first responsibility and commitment was to yourself and being happy amongst it all?

It’s not selfish, it’s self love.

For me, it would be my sister Betsy. 💚 She passed unexpectedly two years ago. She visits me often however and continues with her mischievous antics lol

If I can share anything that matters the most, it would be please know there is so much more to our human experience than just this human body.

The Soul, your soul and your loved one’s souls live on! The vehicle of their body may fall away but they very much are still around.

They hear your words, see your tears, your grief and they send you comfort through others, through signs and dreams.

Pay attention, create moments of stillness to listen.

I promise you they are still right here. ✨💚
