He's finally here! 🩵

Introducing Baby Gio!

Giovanni Andrew was born Monday, 1/5/26, at 7:01am.
The biggest of our Bernardini babies, he weighed 9lbs 13 oz!!
We knew he would be close to 10lbs!

By 2:30 am, contractions began to get stronger so I began timing them. By 4:30 , my app was telling me to start heading out, so I woke hubby and we headed 45 mins to the birth center in Lakeland FL.

Infinite gratitude to for providing the best midwifery support and birthing environment we could have asked for. We arrived around 6am and I was already 8 cm dilated. 7am, he was born, 10am we were heading home, and by noontime we were home and snuggled up in bed.
We'll be spending the rest of January completely in love with this newest addition to the family ❣️

15 years ago, I was told I would never have children.
Earlier this week, I fiercely birthed my 6th child into the world in under 5 hours at 35 years of age. I defied every single odd stacked against me this past year, including the fear based ones that the hospital tried to lay on me early on, with my age, # of pregnancies, and past post partum hemorrhage.

At 37 weeks pregnant, I finally stepped back for a short break from teaching my weekly hot yoga and pilates classes. I definitely don't believe I would have had such an easy pregnancy if it hadn't been for the accountability and support and the stamina I continued to build and receive through the gym.

At 38 weeks, I was finally "cleared" by maternal fetal medicine to continue my plans with a birth center vs a hospital birth.

At 40 weeks and 1 day, our sweet little boy made his appearance into our world and has stolen our hearts forever.

Just here reflecting on the year I've had.
The year I've overcome things I thought might break me. The year I looked deep within and gathered strength I wasn't sure was there. This was the year I walked boldly and bravely into something so unknown, made it my own and seized the opportunity to lead others into their own heart spaces with gentleness and intentional breathing. And just, WOW.
My cup is full, my heart intentional, and I am so excited to step into a bright new year, with new health and fitness goals, with new perspectives to share. And as always, my promise that I only bring real, raw and authentic. My promise to not sugar coat s**t, cause let's be real.... we came to elevate the vibes in all the ways and if you dont know, now you know...
I'm not known to play small. 😘❣️

Imagine being told "you can never do this..."
Then you pour all your energy into the greatest healing journey of your life, ignore the haters and naysayers, and start accomplishing all of your wildest dreams.

That's the vibe I'm on, and if you rock with me, I promise you'll come to know what it feels like to shift your perspective, to rewrite your story, and to truly know what it feels like to heal, activate and embody your own light energy. Week after week, we meet as one on the mat.
Moving in synchronized breath and movement. As you get stronger, you’ll find you can handle more. What was once difficult becomes easier because you’ve gotten stronger.
New skills are acquired and it is such a gift to witness the look on ones face when they sink into that pose or hit those reps. ❤️‍🔥💪🏽✨

I love this community and I am so grateful for the absolute strength and resiliency I have witnessed in these strong humans, week after week.
