Libia Quispe; Office Support Assistant / Florida Access at CSS
Venezuelan national, is a Licensed Practical Nurse (Associate Degree in Nursing) and certified Home Health Aide (HHA). She is a visionary woman guided by a deep vocation for service, love for others, and strong values instilled in her from childhood.
Raised in Venezuela, she was educated with discipline, a love for learning, and a strong sense of human responsibility. From a very young age, she understood that her purpose was closely tied to caring for, serving, and supporting others, which led her to dedicate her life to the healthcare field. She practiced her profession as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a highly demanding and sensitive environment where every decision represented an opportunity to care for, protect, and contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable patients. There, she learned that beyond clinical knowledge, love, empathy, and true vocation are essential to support children and their families during delicate moments.
During her professional career in Venezuela, she also worked for a period at Sebucán Psychiatric Hospital in Caracas—an experience that broadened both her human and professional perspective. During this time, her final thesis focused on the understanding and advocacy of schizophrenia-related disorders, strengthening her sensitivity, respect for mental health, and commitment to providing dignified and humane care to every individual.
She later continued her work in the labor and delivery unit, accompanying the arrival of many new lives into the world and providing care during the first moments of life. This stage reaffirmed her calling to serve and left a deep mark on her heart as she witnessed the beginning of so many life stories.
In 2016, Libia immigrated to the United States, carrying with her her faith, her values, and a clear vision: to continue serving wherever God placed her. Faithful to this purpose, she became certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA), providing care and support to older adults with respect, patience, love, and dignity, fully understanding the importance of companionship during one of the most sensitive stages of life.
