She is dedicated to providing effective, ethical, and evidence-informed delivery of massage therapy, administering proficient and safe manual lymphatic drainage techniques, and formulating comprehensive corrective exercise programming for all levels of ability. A firm believer in the mind-body connection, Dana approaches her work with a holistic perspective, recognizing that physical well-being and mental resilience are deeply intertwined.
