Everyone knows about Florida’s beautiful coastline with its sugar sand and crashing waves. Everyone knows the magic of the theme parks. But if you really want to know Florida, travel a little inside the beaches and bustle. Rent a boat and see the lakes. Feel the history fill you and the nature move you! And if you are really lucky, find friends that show you behind the curtain, that are proud to live here and share this beautiful state with you.

World Cancer Day & Birthdays

I am so blessed to be a 12 year cancer survivor celebrating a big milestone birthday in the same week. Some people may not like growing older but ask a cancer survivor how they feel about aging… it’s a privilege. It’s an opportunity. It’s truly a blessing.

Here I am, older and wiser and happy to be here. Thank you God!
