Love is my nature 🫶🏾

And this year reminded me of that, again and again.
For the seasons that stretched me.
For nature holding me when I forgot how.
For choosing alignment without abandoning myself.

I’m closing this year with deep GRATITUDE.

For the lessons, for the pauses, for the becoming.

And most importantly, for everyone who supported me, witnessed me, trusted me, and walked alongside me... THANK YOU.

Your presence matters more than you know 🥹

A year of moving from love, not for love.
Rooted in intention, led by self-trust.
Because I am already whole.
Because softness is powerful.
Because choosing myself changed everything.

Every boundary was an act of devotion.
Every pause was power.
Every yes came from alignment, not obligation.

This year reminded me:
We don’t mold ourselves to be worthy.
We don’t barter our truth for belonging.

If you’re ending this year with more alignment and clarity, with deep acceptance of self and the duality of gratitude + grief... I see you!

Here’s to closing the year rooted, grateful, and grounded in truth ✨️

FusionFest is Orlando’s annual celebration of culture, creativity, and community - a vibrant space where over 100 heritages come together in unity and joy. It’s a true privilege to share yoga and mindfulness rooted in culture at this festival, honoring the traditions that ground us while creating moments of connection for everyone who joins.
