Being a mom can overwhelming and sometimes isolating. With stress coming from external and internal sources.

‘Mommy Circle’ is a support group for moms and moms-to-be that offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment to talk with other women who about some of the struggles moms deal with.

Who: This group is from women 25+ who are moms or moms-to-be. This first group will consist of 6-8 members.

When: Starting March 5, 2024

Time: midday and virtual

Fee: $45/session

This quote resonates with me so much as I have truly invested energy, time and resources into understanding who I am as a woman at this stage in life.

We grow at different stages, different seasons and different years of our lives.

So, I as emerge into a season of my life with confidence of self, peace of mind and a strength within, I want to encourage others to find their version of self that is bold and secured.

Real quick…close your eyes and visualize what your life would be like if you let go of fear of criticism or self-doubt. What have you been holding back? How would you feel if you released that and didn’t care about what people think of you? You’d feel SO FREE and limitless, right? The world needs YOU and ALL THE WONDERFUL IDEAS you hold!

Silence or music? Which environment do you like to work in?

Personally, I need some kind of music on whenever I work. The type of music varies based on my mood for the day. My genres I select from are hip hop, R&B, soul, classical, afrobeat, dance pop, and pop country.

Whatever it is that you want to do but keep finding an excuse not to do, now’s your time… Go DO IT!!!! Expect nothing but to learn and grow. Put one foot in front of the other and work for it. YOU GOT THIS!!

Be proud of ability to try the thing you are working towards. It's not easy but in time you will find that you will overcome that obstacle!
