Coping Lab helps kids and families manage big emotions in healthy ways through after-school programs, school workshops, and community events. Our facilitator-led sessions focus on coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support — giving children tools they can use at home, at school, and in life. We partner with parents, private schools, and youth organizations across Orlando to create safe, supervised, and fun environments where kids can learn, grow, and thrive. Our Core Programs:

After-School Coping Skills Program ($75/week)

School & Youth Workshops (social-emotional learning/SEL)

It’s officially Day ONE of our Coping Lab Afterschool Program, and we’re kicking things off strong.

Today it’s about creating a safe, structured space where kids can decompress, express, and learn healthy ways to regulate their emotions after a long school day.

This program was built on purpose, not babysitting.
Structure. Coping skills. Emotional awareness. Growth.

To our parents: thank you for trusting us with your children.
To our students: welcome to a place where your feelings are valid and your voice matters.
