Bliss Health

Bliss Health BLISS Health was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing comprehensive medical care to patients living with or at risk of HIV, STDs, and Hepatitis.

The visionary leader behind the practice, Dr. Roberto Ortiz, brings more than 40 years of experience in sexual health. Specifically, the testing, treatment, prevention and research of HIV and STDs. Dr. Ortiz opened the practice with just five employees, and a mission of providing quality care in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. This commitment to compassionate care helped Dr. Ortiz and the team establish a trusted reputation throughout Orlando and Central Florida.

At BLISS Health, leadership development goes beyond the boardroom.

As part of the experience, the team also had the opportunity to enjoy the vibrant nightlife in Cocoa Beach—blending professional growth with connection, team bonding, and well-deserved celebration.

Stronger leaders. Stronger culture. Better patient care.

A new HIV diagnosis can feel overwhelming, that’s completely normal.

But you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Bliss Health is now enrolling for an IRB-approved Phase 2b clinical study evaluating an investigational oral treatment for adults with HIV-1 who have never started medication.

If you’re 18+ and treatment-naïve, you may qualify.

Treating STD testing like a gym session? Yes, please. 🧘♀️🎗️💪

We often overthink it, but the truth is: STD testing = routine self-care. It’s just another way to look after your body. Remember, feeling fine doesn’t always mean you’re in the clear, because many STD's can be symptom-free.

Make it a habit, not a hassle. Ready when you are.

Have you ever felt worried during or after an encounter?
Often, it's because one of these four pillars was missing:

🔹 L**e: Avoid discomfort and dial up the fun.
🔹 Boundaries: Being on the same page builds confidence.
🔹 Testing Plan: If you don't have a regular routine, we can help!
🔹 Aftercare: S*x doesn't end with the or**sm; take care of your emotions afterward.

If step #3 is the one you're missing, we are here for you

Real confidence looks like clear communication. 💬✨

There is a myth that asking questions makes things weird. We disagree. Knowing exactly what your partner wants (and doesn't want) makes the experience better for everyone.

Whether it is redirecting the moment ("Let's do this instead") or asking the important health questions ("When was your last test?"), using your voice is a power move.
