Join us for an afternoon of laughter, elegance, and depth at the 2nd Annual Spill the T.E.A. Tea Party Fundraiser ☕💛

Each table, each conversation, each shared smile reflects what Spill the T.E.A. is all about — honoring our Time, reshaping our Expectations, and opening our Access to connection, rest, and purpose.

We say we want community… but how often do we talk about what it really takes to be in it?

Me and my good sis got into it — the craving, the resistance, the vulnerability, and the mirror it holds up.

This isn’t theory — it’s lived. Two people practicing connection in real time.

It might touch a few tender spots, but it’s full of truth and love. Tap in — and let me know what part of this conversation resonated with you most.

Let's connect: spillthetealiving.com

We're getting more and more excited!

An event centered around connection, soulful conversations, and delicious tea — with beautifully themed tables like Herbal Wisdom, Creative Expression, and Through the Looking Glass (an OG Alice in Wonderland classic). Each table brings its own flavor of magic and meaning.

Come out and connect with other heart-centered people while supporting something truly meaningful.

All proceeds benefit Gifted Ones, an organization I’ve been involved with for years that’s dedicated to healing communities through innovation. Through community events and programming, they support healers, visionaries, and changemakers in being whole as they live and bring forth their passion and purpose.

Let’s gather, sip, and celebrate what it means to create change together.

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone or in isolation.
That’s why I created Spill the T.E.A. — a way to make healing accessible, by breaking down the big things (like life, purpose, growth) into small, meaningful sips: Time, Expectations, and Access.

The Tea Party Fundraiser is a continuation of that vision — a reminder that connection, care, and community giving are still alive and well. When we gather, we heal. We grow.

☕ Join us in pouring into something meaningful:

Almost two years in.
Not six figures but wealth in soul, service, and steady growth.

This season of “just enough” has been teaching me about trust, pain, and purpose. About what it means to build something real, slow, and sacred.

Here’s to the stretch that doesn’t break you but remakes you. To following the call. ✨

I talk to people. I read the news. I feel into myself. And again and again, I see the same need— to simply, fully, unapologetically BREATHE.

Not just to calm down.
But to express. To release. To connect.

I do not come here with solutions.
I come here to invite you into a piece of what is supportive for me. Breath.

It is no small task. It sustains life. It is our very ability to BE. And it’s so significant that the body made its function automatic.

Here are 5 ways your body can speak through breath:

🔥 Angry → Breath Like a Dragon
💧 Sad / Grieving → Sighing Breath
🕊️ Anxious / Afraid → Box Breath
⚡ Numb / Unaffected → Stimulating Breath
🌪️ Chaotic / Unsure → Alternate Nostril

Each breath holds a different medicine.
Each one reminds us that we don’t breathe alone—we breathe as part of the collective.

And the collective, like breath, cannot be escaped.

Breath is not simply to calm. It is a full expression. A language when words just cannot cut it.

I get it now.

My capacity hasn’t magically expanded — it’s that I’ve cleared space by minding my business.

When I tend to what’s mine — my being — I’m stronger in my loving, my learning, and my advocacy for myself and others. And when I stop trying to manage or impose what I think others should do (even when I mean well), I unleash the energy that’s been waiting for me.

Can you feel that within you?

Every time you carry what isn’t yours, you dilute the energy you need to nurture what is.

When you’re managing someone else’s emotions, anticipating their needs, or counting their time, energy, or money — you’re draining the resources meant to sustain you.

This isn’t self-involvement. It’s what frees you to love, to give, to advocate — from a place of clean exchange.

So honor your capacity.
Honor your being.
Honor your giving.

Because no one else can steward your capacity like you can.

Transformation isn’t only what waits for us at the end.
It’s happening in the flicker, in the ember, in the smallest shifts of who we are.

For years, I believed transformation only counted once it was complete — after the big shift, the breakthrough, the “new me.” But fire reminds me that transformation is alive in every stage.

The truth is, becoming happens in the subtle ways:
✨ in the body coming back online piece by piece
✨ in the quiet fibers of change we often overlook
✨ in the moments that don’t announce themselves, but still reshape us

When we only recognize transformation at the finish line, we risk minimizing what’s happening in real time. We risk perfectionism. We miss the compassion of being in process.

So this week, I’m honoring the transformations that are small, steady, and alive right now. Because while I may look the same, sound the same, even move the same —
I am different.

💭 What transformation is already alive in you, even if it doesn’t feel “finished”?

We can be so critical. So harsh on ourselves.

Replaying the same missteps. Overplanning to avoid new ones. Rehearsing our pain. Analyzing our role in the hurt—again and again.

Yes, maybe you did messed up. Maybe you stayed too long. Said too little. Or too much.

You’ve carried the shame. You’ve lived in the echo chamber of regret. You've expressed the guilt.

Enough.

Forgive yourself.

Not to forget. Not to excuse. To free.

Allow the weight to lift.
Release yourself from the story that only knows shame and drives disconnection.
Hold yourself in the kind of compassion you'd offer someone you deeply love.

Moment by moment, choose to turn from punishment toward presence. From self-blame toward self-connection.

You are not the mistakes you make. They don't make you less lovable, worthy, or capable.

So release yourself from the burden of doing something different in a past that you can no longer change. And meet this moment with grace, truth, and permission to grow without punishing yourself first.

To be whole in spaces that have only valued your usefulness, your complacency, your light requires a death process.

Believe me... I know.

Not a physical death but the kind that is no less grief- filled. With all it's unexpressed emotions that are unraveling deep within the marrow of your bones.

The death is a release of who you thought you had to be.

It's a letting go of the masks that won approval and [conditional] love.

It's a shedding of the roles that earned your belonging and the performance that made you feel worthy.

When you decide to reclaim your wholeness, something must end.
—The version of you that equated (visible and invisible) labor with love.
—The version that learned safety through self-erasure.
—The version that organized your life around what others needed from you instead of what was true within you.

Wholeness is not performative and there is no half-steppin'. It’s disruptive as hell. It’s remembering that you are not just here to serve, you are here to be.

To be loved. To be witnessed. To be real. Even when that realness is inconvenient or unfamiliar to you and to others.

And yes—things will fall away when you choose this. But what remains… is you.

✨ This is for those in systems, families, communities, and professions that have loved your light and your labor but never asked about your shadow and your soul.

I see you. And I'm with you.

I don’t feel connected to gratitude in this moment.

And yes—I'm aware I have things to be grateful for. I'm not disconnected from that truth. But I’m also not trying to force myself to feel it right now.

Because right now? I just feel like s**t.

Not every moment is meant to be reframed, rescued, or turned into a lesson. Sometimes what’s most healing is to simply name where we are without trying to climb out of it.

There is power in letting ourselves be with what is—without the pressure to pivot or perform.

I already know it won't last forever. Even if it lasts for a while.

This isn’t a rejection of gratitude. It’s an honoring of my full range. It's a radical pause in the rush to “fix, grow, or progress.” It’s giving myself permission to feel without shame.

So if you’re not feeling it either—whatever “it” is today—you’re not alone.

You don’t owe the world a positive spin to prove your worth or your growth.

Feel what you feel.
Let that be enough.
