Discover Your Power® coaching with Coach Lizeth takes a holistic approach to help you to heal, improve your health, and well-being so you can create the life you want! I am also certified Transformation Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200), The Lupus Coach®, certified Emotion Code Practitioner (CECP) and Intuitive Healer, ISSA certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Transformational Specialist, Motivational Speaker, leader, teacher, trainer, and professional with over 15+ years of coaching, speaking, leadership, and human resources experience as well as the Founder and Owner of Discover Your Power®, LLC. I also have experience in recruitment, career management, leadership development, succession planning, facilitation, and change management. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Communications specializing in Radio and Television, with a minor in Sociology, as well as my Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College. In order to further my coaching skills to better serve my clients, I became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. I also hold my certifications as a Human Resources professional (PHR and SHRM-CP), a Lupus Advocate, and a certified John C. My coaching philosophy is to take a holistic approach to help you heal, have optimal health, energy and well-being, live purposefully and authentically, and grow spiritually so you can transform your life and create the life you want!
