We provide month-to-month workspace and meeting room rentals. The Conduit society is a partnership with SunGate Capital. Headquartered at SunGate Studios (1001 North Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida) we regularly convene large and small groups around the areas of education, creative services and civic engagement. We also provide individuals and companies with a membership based collaborative work space. The Conduit society started in 2011 with free-skill based workshops and songwriters showcases. In 2015 we added a one-year collaborative workspace prototype in partnership with the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab (FHIL). During that period, the Conduit Society curated and housed 22 companies in a 6,000 square foot space on the campus of the Florida Hospital. These companies provide services and products in various industries, such as film, gaming, clothing and leather goods, food, events, branding, education and transportation social innovation, cause marketing, creative services, photography, and local news. Due to the success of the prototype, the CREDO team along with Kyle Christian Steele began looking for a way to scale its operations. The project caught the attention of Ed Haddock, Co-Chairman and CEO of Full Sail University and Founder of SunGate Capital, who was actively looking for ways to connect his entrepreneurial, creative and social impact DNA with local innovators. In January 2016 the joint venture between The Conduit Society and SunGate Capital was born.
