KB FIT KB FIT is a group Kettlebell training class which incorporates resistance and cardio vascular exercise for total body strength, endurance,flexibility.

KB FIT offers group an individual kettlebell resistance training classes. KB Classes offer total body toning, strength, endurance and flexibility. Kettlebells incorporate whole-body/ multi-joint integration. Why are full body exercises important? The answer is simple because we do not do isolated movements in real life. Kettle bell exercises are functional exercises which train the body in movement patterns that are natural to the body providing the body a safe an efficient opportunity to build stronger leaner muscles and stable joints. If your looking to pack a real punch in your exercise routine then look no further. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and offer significant benefits and results in overall health and well-being. some of the benefits to kettle bell train include

I love doing impromptu workouts sometime nothing planned just one of those workouts where I listen to what my body wants to do that day. So here's my WOD

preform each move for 30sec no breaks in between 60 sec rest at the end of each round.

Repeat whole circuit 3-4x

Double Hand swing
Push ups
Goblet squats
Deadlifts
Overhead press L/R side
Cross mountain climbers
