We recently connected with EZ Awakenings, a group that advocates for access to free mental health care and education. Their vision is that one day everyone knows how to balance their mental health. A 2016 study of 10,000 adolescents found that two-thirds of those who developed alcohol or substance use disorders had experienced at least one mental health disorder.
