I’ve been walking a deep spiral path this past year—one that has unraveled me, stripped away the layers, and invited me to shed everything that no longer aligned with the woman and guide I’m here to be.

It’s been an inner portal. A sacred undoing.
I’ve wept, emptied, healed, rested, and re-membered.

Hosting the partner yoga and conscious connection series at Ohana Tree was so fun!

We explored partner yoga flows and self reflection across 4 topics in the series:
- Yin/yang energies and qualities and finding harmony within and without. Teaching connection and attunement through breath and movement.
- Sacred union and being in flow together with exploration of their connection blueprints.
- Co-visioning and co-creating with a take home co-vision board
- Strong foundations, the key pillars to build them in partnership and identifying each others strengths in the relationship dynamic complete with a little partner workout and acro yoga.

These are just a few highlights of what is included in my 6 week Enlightened Relationships course.

How balanced are you in this moment? Rate each category 1-10, 1 being not so much and 10 being you’re rockin’ it.

The goal is to have each category relatively balanced in the 7-10 range. Imagine you are coloring in the petals on your flower of life. 1 is the inside, 10 is the outside.
