Change is coming.
Not a drastic shift — but an evolution. The heart of my work remains the same, thoughtful, results-focused sessions.
The name will soon better reflect the full scope of what I do — massage, integrated wellness support, and whole person focused care.
More details soon.

When I first chose the name of my practice, it truly reflected where I was at that time.
My work has grown.
What began primarily as massage has become something more integrated. The care has deepened. The approach has expanded.
The current name no longer fully represents the scope of what I do or how I serve.

Clients often tell me the same thing after a session: “That felt different.”
My massage blends structural work, subtle adjustments, and physical awareness in a way that helps the body unwind instead of brace. I focus on creating change your body can sustain so, relief doesn’t disappear a few hours later.
Care centered around you as a Whole-Person. Results without unnecessary intensity. Treatment focused on freedom from pain—physical and emotional.

Growth doesn’t always mean starting over. Sometimes it’s about refinement.

Targeted bodywork for runners and active bodies focuses on the areas that do the most work — hips, glutes, legs, and mobility.
Regular recovery work can help reduce overuse tension and support long-term movement.

The body often holds emotional stress in familiar places — the jaw, shoulders, hips, and low back. Gentle, intentional bodywork can support release without overwhelming your system.
Emotional stress held in the body may be trauma-related. Emotional Release Massage and somatic work can support awareness, processing, and relief when unresolved experiences begin to show up physically.
I offer Emotional Release Massage and somatic-based bodywork as part of my whole-person approach to care. You can schedule using the link in my bio, or reach out for a free consultation if you have questions about this unique service.

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind — it shows up in the body.
Tight shoulders, jaw tension, shallow breathing, and low back pain are often signs of a nervous system that hasn’t had a chance to slow down.
Massage can support regulation, not just relaxation.

I’ve been having chronic shoulder/neck pain from workouts and sports for the past 5 years and never seem to have found a way to properly mitigate it even through massages from other therapists. Been coming to Tony for a few times now, he’s very detailed oriented and approaches treating the body from a wholistic standpoint and have explained to me possible factors that could’ve contributed to the pain and gave me ways during my day to day to work on to be pain free. Always leave my sessions feeling much better, highly recommend.

My health coaching certification is with The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute I am an honorably discharged veteran of the US Army where I served in the Medical-Corp. I also earned a business & marketing degree from the Art Institute of Dallas.
EXPERIENCE
While in massage school I was able to work for the retreat center associated with the school, The Center for Natural Health. There I was exposed to providing varied holistic treatments for clients, which included; various treatments for clients dealing with mental health issues, stress, physical pain, nutritional needs and those dealing with addiction. I was fortunate to see how massage, incorporated with other natural modalities helps people return to sustainable health. I seek to create a welcoming experience and to assist my clients in their journey to full health. In my massage I have a strong desire to help my clients get back to health so that they may regain their freedom of movement, and live without pain.
PERSONAL
I chose to enter the massage field after a mysterious debilitating issue plagued me for many years. After many procedures, bone scans, x-rays, MRI’s etc. it was the natural healing modalities; massage, acupuncture and chiropractic that rejuvenated my life. Massage specifically helped me regain my ability to move and to once again play softball, volleyball and to do the other things I enjoyed. Massage, along with Chiropractic care and Acupuncture, restored my zest for life. My personal experience with pain allows me to truly empathize with my clients.
